Job Responsibilities
  • Preparing, organizing, and presenting detailed financial reports and statements on a monthly basis.
  • Overseeing receivables accounting, ensuring timely recording, tracking, and reconciliation.
  • Working closely with the business team to generate accurate invoices and issue receipts promptly.
  • Establishing and maintaining productive relationships with clients' accounting teams to ensure synchronized and seamless financial transactions.
  • Managing payment collections, deposits, and related processes efficiently.
  • Bookkeeping and maintaining meticulous records of all company purchases.
  • Handling petty cash transactions for employees and the company, ensuring proper documentation and accountability.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial and accounting standards, as well as local regulations, including those related to social security and taxation.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and suggesting best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic, with excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience using Xero software.
  • Familiarity with the Kuwait Social Security System and relevant accounting regulations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for financial data analysis and reporting.
  • Relevant licenses and certifications (such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent) are an added advantage.
  • Experience working in a similar role within the GCC region is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
