Job Title: LEED AP Professional

KBR is seeking a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) to lead efforts toward achieving LEED Silver Certification for a major building project.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • Minimum 20 years of QA/QC experience in the building construction industry
  • At least 5 years of experience in civil building construction projects as an Engineer in a supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations
  • Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001, ASME, ASTM, or local building codes
  • Proficiency in QA software, Microsoft Office, and construction management tools
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Certification in Quality Assurance (e.g., ASQ CQE, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) is a plus
  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams
  • Discipline focus: Architectural/Building with a successful track record in managing large or multiple building projects
Preferred Experience:
  • QA experience in commercial, residential, infrastructure, or other building projects
  • Knowledge of BIM, LEED, or sustainable building practices
  • Experience with government or large-scale developments
  • Specialization in LEED rating systems, particularly BD+C or O+M, relevant for LEED Silver projects
