Sales Executive – CCTV Solutions

We are seeking a results-driven and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of CCTV and surveillance solutions to both enterprise customers and channel partners (distributors, resellers, and system integrators). The role demands strong technical knowledge, market awareness, and excellent relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the enterprise segment and channel market.
  • Promote and sell CCTV systems, including IP cameras, NVRs, VMS solutions, and related accessories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients, system integrators, and channel partners.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions with customers.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure, including post-sales coordination.
  • Stay updated on competitor offerings, pricing, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the technical and presales team to provide end-to-end solutions.
  • Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales experience in CCTV, security, or IT hardware solutions (2–5 years preferred).
  • Strong network within the enterprise customer base and/or channel ecosystem.
  • Good understanding of CCTV products and surveillance technologies (IP, analog, hybrid systems, VMS, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple accounts.
