Fitness Instructor

Are you passionate about health and wellness? We're searching for a Fitness Instructor who can inspire and motivate our guests and colleagues to achieve their fitness goals while delivering an exceptional wellness experience.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

1. Conducting personalized and group fitness training sessions tailored to different fitness levels.
2. Assisting guests and colleagues in using gym equipment safely and effectively.
3. Creating and implementing workout plans to help guests achieve their health and fitness goals.
4. Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the fitness center.
5. Promoting hotel wellness programs, spa services, and health club membership benefits.
6. Providing expert guidance on fitness, nutrition, and overall well-being.

What we need from you:

1. Internationally recognized fitness certification (e.g., ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent).
2. Prior experience in a hospitality or hotel setting is preferred.
3. Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, fitness trends, and gym equipment usage.
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
5. Ability to motivate and engage guests with a positive and energetic attitude.
6. CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
7. Must speak local language(s); additional languages are a plus.
