Key Responsibilities:


• Overseeing day-to-day administrative operations


• Managing schedules, handling correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining records


• Coordinating with different parties, including clients, trainers, consultants, and trainees, to ensure successful service delivery.


• Managing internal processes and office systems


• Ensuring smooth communication and workflow across internal departments

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:


• A team player with 5 years of proven experience in similar administrative or office management roles


• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office tools.


• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with different audiences.


• Organizational Skills:detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


• Problem-Solving Skills:The ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues


• Analytical Skills: Data analysis and reporting skills.
