HR Business Partner / Business Psychologist

Key Responsibility:

  • Implement and maintain comprehensive security controls and policies to protect the organization's information assets.
  • Monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents and events, including detection, investigation, and remediation.
  • Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and address security weaknesses.
  • Manage and configure security tools, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and security information and event management (SIEM) solutions.
  • Develop and maintain incident response and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the secure deployment and configuration of systems, applications, and network infrastructure.
  • Conduct security awareness training and education programs for employees to promote a culture of cybersecurity.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant security standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Continuously research and implement new security technologies, techniques, and best practices to enhance the organization's security posture.
  • Analyze security logs, generate reports, and provide recommendations to management on improving the overall security landscape.
  • Participate in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new security solutions and technologies.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams on security-related matters.
  • Collaborate with external security partners, vendors, and authorities as needed to address security incidents and stay informed about emerging threats.
  • Commitment to staying up to date with the latest security threats, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Be updated and always abide by Company procedures and policies.
  • Carry out any other responsibilities or tasks as instructed by the Company.

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Computer/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or equivalent.
  • Certified in at least three or more of the following Certifications: CISSP, CISM, GIAC.
  • 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity administration or information security roles.
  • Thorough understanding of information security principles, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in implementing and managing security controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of network security, vulnerability management, and incident response.
  • Experience with security tools and technologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud security, virtualization, and containerization concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English and preferably have knowledge of Arabic as well.
  • Must possess a valid Kuwaiti driving license.
