We are expanding our presence in Kuwait and seeking a highly motivated GRC Consultant to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity (GRC) Consultant to support and lead cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance initiatives for clients in Kuwait. The consultant will be instrumental in delivering advisory services, ensuring compliance with local and international standards, and helping clients strengthen their cybersecurity posture.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead and execute GRC engagements, including risk assessments, gap analysis, and compliance audits.


• Assist clients in implementing and maintaining compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, NCA-KSA, GDPR, PCI DSS).


• Develop and review cybersecurity policies, procedures, and risk registers tailored to client needs.


• Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and develop Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) plans.


• Provide advisory on regulatory requirements specific to Kuwait (e.g., CITRA, CBK guidelines) and ensure continuous compliance.


• Support clients in cybersecurity maturity assessments and roadmap development.


• Deliver security awareness training and tabletop exercises for client stakeholders.


• Collaborate with SOC and technical teams to ensure alignment of GRC initiatives with operational security.


• Prepare detailed reports, executive summaries, and risk dashboards for client presentation.


• Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats, compliance trends, and changes in regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.


• 3 to 5 years of experience in cybersecurity GRC consulting or a similar role.


• Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 LA/LI, or CISSP are highly desirable.


• Strong knowledge of international security standards and regulatory compliance frameworks.


• Familiarity with Middle East/Gulf region cybersecurity regulatory landscape, especially Kuwait (CITRA, CBK).


• Excellent report writing, presentation, and client-facing skills.


• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders efficiently.


• Arabic language proficiency is an advantage but not mandatory.
