Elementary Science Teacher

Academic Year of 2025-2026

Requirements:
  1. Bachelors' degree in Science
  2. Minimum of 2 years teaching experience
  3. Professional fluency in English
  4. Excellent use of Technology
Job Responsibilities:
  1. Plan, prepare, and deliver purposeful and productive lessons tailored to the educational needs, abilities, and potential of individual students.
  2. Mark and assess students' work, providing timely feedback on their performance.
  3. Maintain accurate and clear student records documenting development, progress, and attainment (e.g., attendance, grades, behavior records, portfolios, student files).
  4. Set clear, high expectations and build positive, respectful relationships with students.
  5. Provide a safe, thriving, and respectful environment for all students within the classroom and school campus.
  6. Implement the school's academic curriculum and Al-Ru'ya Pastoral Program effectively through classroom activities and extracurricular engagement to meet individual learner needs.
  7. Create a warm, inviting classroom environment using appropriate displays and resources, ensuring they are well-maintained and stored properly.
  8. Collaborate, share, and plan effectively with colleagues in a respectful manner.
  9. Undertake supervisory duties and advisory roles as assigned by the principal.
  10. Support other teachers through team-oriented activities such as covering classes, supervising students, interdisciplinary planning, and curriculum development.
  11. Communicate respectfully and promptly with parents regarding their children's performance and progress, following the approved format.
  12. Attend meetings and professional development sessions as scheduled by administration.
  13. Engage in continuous professional development through reading, workshops, and courses.
