Production Manager

• Manage day-to-day production activities to ensure schedules are met with high quality and efficiency.
• Lead, train, and supervise production team members, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company standards.
• Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to improve output and reduce downtime.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze production data and prepare reports on performance, output, waste, and equipment utilization.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety and accountability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through lean manufacturing, 5S, and other process optimization techniques.
• Manage staffing needs, including hiring, scheduling, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
• Maintain accurate inventory of materials and finished goods and ensure proper documentation
• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing leadership role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in production management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
