Outdoor Sales Specialist

The Sales Outdoor position will be responsible for marketing and selling the company's products and services to clients and potential customers outside the company premises.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a specific assigned residential area. They will conduct visits, check villas, and contact owners to market and sell the company's products and services. They must establish and maintain good relationships with customers, build trust, and act as support for prospects to ensure potential future sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily visits to the assigned area.
- Make daily calls and arrange face-to-face meetings with potential and existing clients to market and finalize business deals.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Maintain records of all sales leads and customer accounts.
- Educate customers on the variety of products and services that the company offers.
- Monitor industry competitors, new products and prices, and market conditions.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to expand brand presence through marketing materials creation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outdoor sales.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Driving license and a car are required.
