Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect - Interior Fitout at Benchmark Fitout. The role involves architectural design, project management, and integration of design elements in interior fit-out projects.

Qualifications

Experience: Extensive experience in interior fit-out projects, preferably in a senior role.

• Architecture and Architectural Design skills
• Project Management experience
• Knowledge of integration in interior fit-out projects
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities

Concept Development: Create and develop innovative design concepts that align with client needs and

project goals.

Project Management: Oversee all phases of design projects, from initial concept to completion.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of architects and designers.

Client Interaction: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and provide regular updates.

Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure design feasibility

and quality.

Compliance: Ensure that designs comply with all relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture.
