Position: Ricoh Technicians (Ricoh Production)
Experience: Minimum 10 years in handling Ricoh Production systems
Location: Kuwait
Salary Range: KWD 600 to KWD 800 per month
Duty Hours: 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM
Contract Period: 3 years
- Provide service, installations, and technical support to all clients in the assigned territory.
- Ensure customer satisfaction in the designated territory by delivering quality service.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive servicing on Ricoh copiers and related office equipment.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair issues with copiers and other office devices.
- Order and replace necessary parts efficiently to maintain equipment functionality.
- Train clients on the proper use and maintenance of Ricoh copiers and office equipment.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all services performed, including repairs and installations.
- Certification in Ricoh Printers with Ferry Certification or equivalent expertise.
- In-depth knowledge of diagnosing and servicing production-grade Ricoh equipment.
- Food: Provided or Food Allowance included.

- Visa Type: Normal Working Visa (GAMCA Medical and visa stamping cost covered by the company in India).
- Overtime: As applicable.
- Air Tickets: Provided by the company.
- Joining Letter: Provided by the company.
- All visa costs, medical costs, licensing fees, and Civil ID charges will be handled by the company.
- Agency service fees are covered.
