RPA Specialist (Robotic Process Automation)

An experienced RPA Specialist with a decade of expertise in robotic process automation. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated workflows across the organization. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, optimize processes, and contribute to the organization's overall digital transformation strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and recommend RPA solutions.
  • Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using industry-leading tools such as Blue Prism, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define automation requirements.
  • Develop and maintain reusable automation components, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot automated processes to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Conduct testing, debugging, and optimization of RPA workflows to maintain quality and performance.
  • Document automation processes, update technical specifications, and provide training to end-users.
  • Stay updated with the latest RPA technologies and trends, ensuring adherence to best practices.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years in RPA development with extensive knowledge of popular RPA platforms.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or .NET.
  • Strong understanding of process optimization and automation methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Salary and Benefits
  • Salary Range: KWD 800 to KWD 1,000 per month.
  • Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
  • Contract Period: 3 years.
