Artificial Lift Systems (ALS) Field Specialist

As an Artificial Lift Systems – Field Specialist, you will execute the operations of ESP equipment and surface equipment in the field, ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards across different client sites.

In this role, you'll participate in all technical events, including supporting the BH contract engineering team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Installing, operating, inspecting, modifying, and repairing ESP pumps, motors, cables, and related downhole equipment at the contractor's base, making surface connections, and operating ESP equipment to meet company standards.
  • Performing pre-commissioning checks and tests to ensure successful start-up and continuous operation of ESP equipment.
  • Providing expertise in troubleshooting, safety precautions, and related matters.
  • Repairing breakdowns and maintaining ESP equipment.
  • Installing, operating, and maintaining Y-tool and VSD systems.

To be successful, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience with ESP systems.
  • A technical degree (diploma or higher).
  • Experience in installing, operating, and maintaining Y-tool and VSD systems.
  • Experience in performing downhole troubleshooting of ESP systems in the field.
  • Flexibility to work on a rotational basis.
  • Industry experience and product line training in ESP.
