Responsibilities
  • Maintain, implement, and troubleshoot networks.
  • Capable of installing, maintaining, and configuring networks and various related systems.
  • Design and support our network systems and infrastructure.
  • Configure and operate routers and switches.
  • Work under pressure to maintain and troubleshoot highly critical systems, ensuring 24/7 network availability and reliability.
  • Monitor network performance and make recommendations based on performance analysis.
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve network incidents while maintaining detailed documentation of network configurations, changes, and issue resolutions.
  • Stay up to date with emerging networking technologies, protocols, and security measures, implementing improvements to enhance network performance and security.
  • Analyze network traffic data to anticipate capacity requirements and recommend upgrades to ensure future scalability and efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Communications Engineering, or a related area.
  • At least 7 years of experience in installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the IP network.
  • Must hold a valid JNCIP-ENT certificate.
  • Proficient in advanced enterprise routing (OSPF, BGP, IS-IS, MPLS, IPsec, LDP, RSVP, L3VPN, L2VPN, VPLS), switching (VLANs, STP, EVPN, Virtual Chassis, LAG), and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with VRFs, ACLs, DMVPN, VoIP, QoS, SNMP, VPC, and VSS.
  • Kuwaiti Driver license, or being qualified for issuing a license.
