Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Counselor, located in Kuwait City. The Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to clients seeking immigration and resettlement services. Daily tasks include assessing client needs, providing accurate information about immigration processes, assisting with application documentation, and ensuring clients are well-prepared for their resettlement journey.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent counseling skills and the ability to assess and understand client needs
• Knowledge of immigration processes and regulations
• Proficiency in documentation and paperwork management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Human Resources, or related field
• Experience in the immigration industry is a plus
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is beneficial
