Job Description for Consultant Radiologist

You will have direct and permanent employment with our client, for either 2 or 3 years.

Who you are

You are a dedicated physician with extensive knowledge in your specialty and are looking to further develop professionally. You have a strong background in radiology, which involves using various imaging methods such as X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds to diagnose and treat medical conditions.

• Ability to work long hours, often under pressure;
• Ability to analyze complex information;
• Active communication skills and the ability to effectively explain medical terms to patients;
• A resilient and compassionate personality;
• Strong attention to detail.

Education & Qualifications

• MBBS and Specialty degree with high qualifications (Specialty Diploma, Fellowship, PhD, European Board, American, Canadian, German, Irish & UK Board);
• Experience of not less than 20 years; 10 years after the high qualification will qualify for a Consultant level license;
• Willing to relocate to Kuwait.

• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding procedures and treatment options.
• Assist in the professional development of staff and provide teaching materials as part of ongoing staff education.
• Maintain a work environment that promotes high standards for patient care, customer service, and ethical behavior.
• Undertake all work in accordance with procedures and operating policies, including Infection Control, Health and Safety, Risk Management, etc.
