We're Hiring: Head of AI (Artificial Intelligence)

Location: On-site – Kuwait

Do you have a passion for cutting-edge AI technology and want to lead transformative innovation? WAVES is looking for a Head of AI to drive smart solutions across our mobile app and website.

Your Mission:

Lead our AI strategy, build intelligent systems, and revolutionize customer engagement in a rapidly growing digital ecosystem.

What You'll Do:

  1. Develop and implement AI-powered solutions across platforms
  2. Lead AI teams and innovations in personalization, chatbots, NLP, and more
  3. Integrate real-time intelligent systems that scale
  4. Collaborate with product, engineering & marketing
  5. Stay at the forefront of AI & ML trends

Your Profile:

  1. 5+ years in AI leadership roles
  2. Expertise in ML, NLP, GPT, BERT, Rasa, TensorFlow, Dialogflow
  3. Proven success in deploying AI chatbots & recommendation engines
  4. Strong leadership & communication skills
  5. Experience in mobile platforms & e-commerce is a plus
  6. Passion for marine entertainment is a bonus
