The Office Receptionist will be responsible for maintaining office services by manning of the reception area and attend to all inquiries organizing and supporting office operations, signing and monitoring clerical functions.
Key Performance Area:
Reception & Customer Support (60%)
Manning of Reception area and attend to all inquiries.
Registration of walk-in students and assigning the students to the respective counselors.
Create new and updating student entries in system.
Assisting with registrations and issuing receipts.
Office Facilities Support and Administration (20%)
Provide general administration support to management.
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Ad-Hoc (20%)
Support with staff engagement and wellness activities and HR administrative work.
Work closely with staff to develop and improve operations processes and best practices to achieve high performance and service levels.
Requirements:
Must be living in Kuwait.
Can read and write Arabic.
Good understanding of workplace management skills.
Has strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with different types of customers.
Start Date: 15 January 2025
Timing: 6 days a week: Saturday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. (Friday off)
