Position Summary

The role involves promoting brand awareness both internally and externally, using sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty. Responsibilities include communicating with potential owners via telephone, scheduling and explaining preview packages and tours, verifying eligibility, and managing guest relations through rewards and gifts. The role also supports sales and marketing activities, performs general office duties, and assists management in training and motivating staff. Maintaining confidentiality, professional appearance, and adherence to company policies are essential. The position requires excellent communication skills, physical ability to move objects less than 10 pounds, and a high school diploma or G.E.D. with at least 1 year of related experience.

No supervisory experience required. No specific license or certification needed.
