Experienced Waiter/Waitress

We are seeking an experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Al Ahmadi. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. Your main duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling payments. The ideal candidate should have previous experience working as a waiter/waitress and possess excellent communication skills. This is a contract job with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Present menus and take orders from customers
  3. Serve food and beverages to guests according to their preferences
  4. Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner
  5. Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with their meal
  6. Handle any complaints or concerns from customers in a polite and efficient manner
  7. Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
  8. Clean tables, chairs, and surrounding areas after customers leave
  9. Assist with setting up tables for new guests as needed
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience working as a waiter/waitress is preferred
  2. Excellent communication skills
  3. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  4. Strong customer service skills
  5. Attention to detail
  6. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  7. Must have valid visa sponsorship
