The Warehouse Supervisor provides full support to the Senior Supervisor in managing personnel and warehouse operations for both inbound and outbound activities. They are responsible for maintaining high bin accuracy and providing feedback on shift performance.

Essential Job Roles:

INBOUND

• Manage inbound operations during shifts in coordination with the Senior Supervisor / Manager.
• Ensure inbound inventory is accurately captured in the system before offloading.
• Verify that each SKU offloaded has scannable barcodes.
• Conduct inspection audits for packaging and labeling quality of offloaded items.
• Organize daily shift rotation of personnel.
• Coordinate with the Senior Supervisor to plan resources for offloading and putaway.
• Ensure offloaded items are placed on the correct pallets.
• Support management in achieving daily targets set by the Business Unit.
• Ensure personnel are properly trained in SAP.
• Ensure containers are offloaded according to daily targets.
• Assign containers based on manpower capacity.
• Report discrepancies such as damages, shortages, or excesses on containers.
• Prioritize pending putaway tasks on the floor for binning.
• Coordinate with Fleet Supervisor on container status to prevent delays.
• Monitor materials needed for offloading (pallets, shrink wraps, etc.).
• Ensure lag time does not exceed 24 hours unless approved.
• Ensure no pending Outbulk entries unless approved.
• Coordinate with Senior Supervisor/Manager regarding floor situations like backlog or pending putaway.

OUTBOUND

• Manage picking operations during shifts in coordination with the Senior Supervisor / Manager.
• Ensure outbound inventory is accurately captured in the system before dispatch.
• Verify that each SKU picked has an updated status via barcodes.
• Check and scan load presentation for dispatch accuracy.
• Conduct random audits for packaging and labeling quality.
• Assign orders to loading docks and ensure procedures are followed.
• Organize daily shift rotation of personnel.
• Coordinate with the Senior Supervisor for resource planning in picking, sorting, packing, and dispatching.
• Verify correct placement of picked items on pallets or roll cages to maximize vehicle capacity.
• Support replenishment cycles to maintain full pick faces.
• Maintain 100% pick accuracy and report deviations via KPIs.
• Investigate any bin or picking discrepancies.
• Ensure personnel are trained in SAP.

Skills

• Experience managing fast-paced operations across multiple sites and clients.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems.
• MHE capabilities are an advantage.
• Highly proficient in MS Office and SAP applications.
• Strong understanding of KPI reporting and control procedures.
