3. Quality Control: Ensure each drink is crafted with precision and care, maintaining high standards of taste and presentation.
4. Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines and grinders; perform regular cleaning and troubleshooting.
5. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies; notify management when replenishment is needed.
6. Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station, seating area, and equipment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
7. Sales and Promotions: Actively promote specialty beverages and seasonal offerings to enhance guest experience and drive sales.
8. Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
