Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Technician located in Khaitan. The IT Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting technical issues, managing IT infrastructures, and supporting the staff with IT-related problems. Additionally, the IT Technician will assist in training staff on the use of various technological tools and systems.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support
- Strong skills in Information Technology
- Experience in Customer Service and Training
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in the educational sector is a plus
- Experience in CCTV Cameras Hardware and Software.
- Cabling skills is required.
