Recruit 121 is currently searching for an SAP S4/HANA Project Manager for a global leader and one of the largest privately owned companies in the Persian Gulf. A Blue/Brownfield SAP S/4 ERP Implementation is starting and the client needs a highly skilled Project Manager to lead this transformative initiative over the next 3 years.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the end-to-end SAP S/4 ERP implementation
  2. Collaborate with internal teams, senior leadership, and external partners
  3. Identify and mitigate project risks & challenges
  4. Drive team coordination and communication

Experience with DBSM is a plus but not required.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  1. Proven experience in large-scale ERP implementations (SAP S/4 HANA preferred)
  2. Open to travel or relocate for a 100% on-site role in Kuwait
  3. Fluent in English (Arabic/French is a bonus)
