Job Purpose:

The Maintenance Refurbishment Technician is responsible for inspecting assets identified for replacement or disposal, assessing their potential for refurbishment, and identifying reusable components. The role involves refurbishing assets to make them operational, reducing CAPEX requirements while supporting sustainability goals through the principles of Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle (3Rs).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Asset Inspection and Evaluation: Inspect assets planned for replacement or disposal to assess their condition and refurbishment potential. Identify reusable components from non-functional or discarded assets.
  2. Asset Refurbishment and Reuse: Refurbish identified assets to restore operational functionality effectively and safely. Assemble usable components from discarded assets into functional systems where applicable.
  3. Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of inspected, classified, and refurbished assets. Prepare and submit reports on refurbishment outcomes and sustainability contributions.
  4. Growth and Customer Focus: Work towards improving customer satisfaction on daily tasks.

Education: Technical Diploma

Minimum Experience and Knowledge: 5 years in Kitchen Equipment, HVAC and General maintenance

Language Skills: Must be able to effectively communicate in English.

IT Skills: Good knowledge of using any Field Management System and basic MS Office skills.

Driving License: Mandatory
