We are looking for highly specialized personnel for project support and must be experienced in the field of Project Management with specific experience in Design and Engineering, HSE, Construction, and Project Control in the oil & gas industry, as applicable for relevant discipline. Extensive experience in Project Management, Conceptual Design, FEED, and Detailed Design, HSE of Oil & Gas facilities preferably in onshore brownfield projects in the Middle East is required. Strong working knowledge of international codes, standards, health and safety regulations, environmental regulations, and process safety requirements is essential. Familiarity with the latest project management tools, design engineering, and analytical techniques/software is also needed. Multidiscipline engineering team leadership with strong personal ability in one engineering discipline of expertise and a sound working knowledge of other relevant engineering disciplines is expected. Responsibilities include developing project plans and schedules, preparing and monitoring project budgets, building workflow templates, and identifying potential areas for cost and schedule optimization. Ability to interface with the Company's Project Management/Construction teams, EPC Contractor, and key stakeholders is required.

Qualifications (Common for All Disciplines)

Bachelor of Engineering Degree (B.Sc Engg/BE/B.Tech) in relevant Engineering discipline (Chemical/Mechanical/Instrumentation/Electrical/Civil) from a recognized university.

Min. Experience requirements in Years - 19

No. of Positions - 7

Preferred Qualification: Master Degree in relevant Engineering discipline from a recognized university, Certification: CSP, NEBOSH, or CEP for HSE discipline.

Salary (IN KWD) - 4300

Category - II (Engineering Specialist)

Min. Experience requirements in Years - 17

No. of Positions - 5

Preferred Qualification: Master Degree in relevant Engineering discipline from a recognized university, Certification: CSP, NEBOSH, or CEP for HSE discipline.

Salary (IN KWD) - 3800

Category - III (Engineering Specialist)

Min. Experience requirements in Years - 15

No. of Positions - 5

Preferred Qualification: Master Degree in relevant Engineering discipline from a recognized university, Certification: CSP, NEBOSH, or CEP for HSE discipline.

Salary (IN KWD) - 3300

Note: Individual Vehicle + Fuel Allowance, Living Allowance, Air Ticket Allowance & Private Medical Insurance will be provided.
