Role Description

This is a full-time On-Site role as an Executive General Manager at WOODISH Carpentry Company. The Executive General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, manage and coordinate staff, develop business strategies attracting customers, and ensure profitability. The full responsibility of the company will be on the manager

Qualifications

Leadership, Management, and Strategic Planning skills

Experience in the woodworking, contracting and construction industry

Financial Management and Budgeting skills

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills

Knowledge of Sales and Marketing strategies

Ability to problem solve and make decisions under pressure

Experience in project management or business management and role on management over 7 years.

Full knowledge and understanding in both English and Arabic languages.

ability with experience in using: Excel, Microsoft Teams, AutoCAD, Sketch up, 3D-Max. (and 3D modeling program is a plus).

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management or related field or even engineering.
