Key Responsibilities: 1.Develop and execute user growth strategies to increase both user acquisition and engagement through product and marketing initiatives. 2.Analyze user behavior data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and create data-backed growth plans. 3.Optimize product features and user experience to improve retention, conversion rates, and overall growth performance. 4.Design and manage user acquisition campaigns, including online and offline channels, to enhance brand awareness and user participation. 1.负责制定并执行用户增长策略,通过产品运营和用户运营手段实现用户数量和活跃度的持续增长。 2.负责分析用户行为数据,了解用户需求和行为特征,提供数据支持并制定相应的用户增长方案。 3.负责优化产品功能和用户体验,提升用户留存率和转化率,推动用户增长。 4.负责制定并执行用户推广计划,包括线上线下渠道的选择和管理,提高品牌知名度和用户参与度。
岗位要求:
Requirements: 1.Bachelor's degree or above (any major). 2.3+ years of user operations experience, preferably with a large platform. Expertise in new user acquisition or traffic channel development is a plus. 3.Proficient in user operations tools/methodologies, with strong analytical and market insight skills. 4.Excellent cross-team collaboration skills and a mindset for improving efficiency through structured processes. 5.Strong communication skills and resilience to drive projects under pressure. 岗位要求: 1.大学本科及以上学历,专业不限。 2.至少3年以上用户运营相关经验,有大平台用户增长经验,擅长新客增长、流量渠道建设者优先。 3.熟悉用户运营的常用工具和方法,具备良好的数据分析能力和市场洞察力。 4.具备良好的跨团队协作能力,具备通过建立协作机制提效意识。 5.具备良好的沟通能力和抗压能力,能够有效推动项目进展和完成工作目标。
