Description:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Pediatrician to join our team in Al-Kuwait. We are open to considering applications from immigrants and expect minimal work experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing medical care to children, from birth through adolescence, as well as providing guidance and support to parents on topics such as nutrition, fitness, and development.

The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be patient and compassionate when dealing with the children's needs, be knowledgeable in the latest medical technologies, have an up-to-date understanding of pediatric health care trends, and maintain a safe and secure environment for all patients.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive physical examinations for pediatric patients from birth through adolescence
2. Diagnose acute illnesses and chronic diseases in children
3. Prescribe medications, order diagnostic tests or lab work if needed, or refer to specialists for further treatment as required
4. Educate parents on child health topics such as nutrition, hygiene, vaccinations, etc.
5. Provide advice on the best course of action to help maintain children's health
6. Maintain records of patient visits and progress notes securely in the database system

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. MD degree in Pediatrics or related field from an accredited university/institution
2. Valid state license/certification to practice medicine in Al-Kuwait
3. Must have a valid CPR certification (or must obtain one prior to start date)
4. Excellent communication skills with both patients and parents
