Kuwait Hospital is seeking a dynamic and analytical Marketing Analyst to support internal marketing initiatives and events. This role focuses on enhancing internal communication touchpoints, managing in-hospital branding, driving employee engagement through strategic content, and providing marketing data insights to improve campaign effectiveness. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with strong project management skills and a passion for building brand consistency across all internal platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Internal Branding & Communications

  • Plan, develop, and maintain all internal visual communication including hospital digital screens, hallway stickers, department branding, and staff communication boards.
  • Ensure internal materials align with brand standards and hospital tone of voice.
  • Collaborate with departments to identify communication needs and deliver appropriate content solutions.
  • Coordinate with design and print vendors to ensure quality and timely execution of internal visuals.

Content Development

  • Write, edit, and manage internal communications content in both Arabic and English, including screen messages, newsletters, staff announcements, internal signage, stickers and internal awareness campaigns.
  • Brainstorm and implement creative ideas to engage employees and promote internal initiatives.
  • Assist in scripting and curating content for internal videos, presentations, or short awareness campaigns.

Event Management

  • Organize and execute hospital events, including internal health campaigns, staff recognition events, awareness weeks, and seasonal celebrations.
  • Support cross-departmental event needs with creative planning and marketing materials.
  • Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the impact, engagement, and outcomes of internal/external events, and provide insights for improving future events.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a liaison between the marketing department and other internal teams to identify marketing opportunities and gather feedback.
  • Support external marketing initiatives when required, including social media, public events, or PR campaigns.
  • Maintain an organized archive of all internal communication materials, event reports, and content calendars.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing or communications; healthcare industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Solid analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and project management skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and a team player with a strong sense of ownership.
