CATEGORY/FUNCTION INTRODUCTION

The Customer Development Excellence team is a pillar of Customer Development, mainly responsible for end-to-end execution, managing merchandising & tech, and ensuring all KPI reporting for CD is accurate and on track.

JOB PURPOSE

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Implement world-class execution excellence in the market regarding availability & visibility.
  2. Lead end-to-end distributor merchandisers ensuring coverage and route compliance.
  3. Track & monitor Perfect Store input/output via Shelvz App, upload audit requirements before month start.
  4. Conduct weekly field visits & audits to evaluate execution and provide feedback with corrective actions to CD and distributor teams.
  5. Drive initiatives to improve in-store presence (OSA/SOS/Off shelf/Planogram/Placement).
  6. Provide constant feedback on competitor activities and propose courses of action.
  7. Lead assortment & planogram workshops and cascade regularly to distributors and merchandisers.
  8. Lead end-to-end quarterly Bushfire for the country.
  9. Manage execution review meetings on KPIs, highlight opportunities & gaps, and drive actions with CBD & Distributors.
  10. Manage monthly OTIF CD KPIs reporting (Execution scorecard, Trade Stocks, SFI, etc.).
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
  • MS Office, Power BI, and technical skills in data management.
  • Experience working across multiple business teams and balancing priorities.
  • Fundamentals of Customer Development.
  • High business acumen.
  • Proven success in managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop innovative solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build meaningful connections.
  • Experience with big data management and analysis.
