Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and strategic Campaign Manager to join Bookpeep's dynamic team. The Campaign Manager will play a crucial role in planning and executing monthly campaigns to promote our B2C app and SaaS solutions for the salon industry. This position requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute monthly marketing campaigns to promote Bookpeep's marketplace app and SaaS solutions. This includes planning campaign objectives, target audience, messaging, and channels.
  • Content Creation: Create compelling content for campaign materials, including social media posts, ads, and promotional materials tailored to different segments of the salon industry.
  • Execution Monitoring: Oversee the implementation of campaign activities, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics, such as engagement rates, conversion rates, and ROI. Provide regular reports and insights to the management team, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, content creators, and external agencies to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in campaign management, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience in content creation and storytelling with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for the salon industry and understanding of its trends and customer preferences.
