We are looking for a full-timeWebsite & Online Coordinatorto join our women's fashion company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our website through WooCommerce, restocking products online, and handling customer orders via WhatsApp.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Update and manage the website (WooCommerce).
  • Upload new collections and ensure product info is accurate.
  • Monitor and restock items on the website.
  • Respond to customer messages and take orders through WhatsApp.
  • Coordinate with the stock team to ensure product availability.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with WooCommerce.
  • Familiar with basic website management and product uploads.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Experience in online customer service is a plus.
