Job Summary

Tiqmo Kuwait is seeking to hire an experienced Assistant Vice President, Operations to oversee the day-to-day operations of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our company's operations are efficient, effective, and aligned with our strategic goals. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the operations team, developing and implementing operational policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Primary Duties And Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the company, including overseeing the operations team, developing and implementing operational policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness, reduce costs, and increase revenue.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that operations are aligned with the company's strategic goals.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the performance of the operations team and identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee the customer service team, ensuring that they are addressing customer needs across all contact touch points and maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that outbound customer contact is done effectively to address issues, update customer profiles, and ensure timely deliveries of physical cards (in-house or vendors).
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer complaints are addressed and minimized in the future.
• Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and other third-party partners.
• Ensure that all operational processes are documented and up-to-date.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks.
• Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure that operational objectives are met.
• Monitor and report on operational performance to senior management.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the fintech industry.
• Card operations and reconciliation background.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.
• Experience with regulatory compliance in the fintech industry.
• Knowledge of financial technology platforms and systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with project management methodologies.
