Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative, located in the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area. The Sales Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing sales transactions, maintaining knowledge of products and promotions, achieving sales targets, and assisting in the organization of merchandise displays. The role also includes performing inventory checks, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in sales and achieving sales targets
  • Ability to handle transactions and manage inventory
  • Strong knowledge of products, promotions, and sales techniques
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and adhere to company policies
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Retail or Sales are a plus
  • Previous experience in the fashion or retail industry is an advantage
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
