Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kuwait for an Accountant and Administrative Assistant. The responsibilities include maintaining financial records, processing invoices, credit control, and managing office operations such as organizing files, answering phones, and processing mail. The role also involves supporting the team in establishing and maintaining good relationships with clients and vendors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Quickbooks, and other accounting software
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Fluent in Arabic (oral and written)
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)
  • Experience in the constructions, pool, and landscaping industry is a plus
