Job Purpose:

Build CX Journey with a human-centric approach, design thinking, and digital customer understanding. Design customer experience strategies and customer journey transformation to deliver unique experiences to acquire new customers and cross-sell, up-sell, and retain existing NBK customers. Monitor, assess, and modify customer experience through the use of advanced analytics, research, and design thinking methodologies. Manage and lead a team of social media experts to help communicate and enhance social presence across different platforms.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Build Social and Digital Strategies for NBK that would help achieve the desired objectives.
  • Responsible to understand customer and approach them through human-centered design processes.
  • Define and work on digital UI/UX projects from ideation stage to project roll-out.
  • Introduce innovative ways to acquire new leads and convert them leveraging the Right Data for the Right People.
  • Oversee the rollout of technologies across customer channels, transformation of the contact center into a digital interaction center, process improvement, and reduction of turnaround times for product fulfillment and development of customer experience standards, transforming digital customer experiences through mobility and analytics.
  • Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and communications. Ensure timelines are adhered to for initiatives by keeping executives aware of any red flags concerning the timing or integration process.
  • Capable of identifying and comparing where we stand against competitors and knowing how to jump ahead and lead.
  • Implement & modify the social media strategy for NBK and report growth and engagement progress to ensure all is on track and in par with the targets set.
  • Working with a cross-departmental team, maintain and develop the master content calendar for all web properties & any digital assets.
  • Manage online content for all product campaigns and ensure it adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Alert to new technologies and how to adopt them in NBK's strategy.
  • Develop creative, innovative, and relevant campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Train and develop team knowledge and proficiency.
  • Ensure continuous sharing of knowledge and technical skills with team members on all aspects of the area involved.

Educational Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong Digital Marketing and Social Media experience is a must.
  • Experience in developing the UI/UX of digital products from start to end of a CX Journey.
  • Strong familiarity with digital technologies, platforms, and concepts.
  • Experience in working with IT functions and their corresponding governance and financial processes, and in driving continuous improvement in such environments. Technical knowledge is an asset.
  • 8-10 years of online/Digital Marketing, Digital Transformation, IT, MIS, or any related field experience.

  • Tech-Savvy & AI-Savvy: Strong understanding of emerging technologies, AI-driven marketing tools, and automation in digital marketing.
  • Social & Digital Trends Expertise: Deep knowledge of evolving trends, platform algorithms, and user behavior on digital and social channels.
  • Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Ability to craft data-driven strategies to optimize performance across social and paid media.
  • Technical Background: Proficiency in ad tech, performance marketing tools, and advanced analytics.
  • Leadership & Execution: Experience in leading teams, working cross-functionally, and driving impactful marketing campaigns.
