About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to support our creative operations by acting as a communication bridge between internal teams and the design department. The role also includes occasional posting on social media platforms, so familiarity with tools like Instagram and Facebook is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with departments (Marketing, Social Media, E-commerce, etc.) to gather and clarify design briefs
  • Organize and document incoming requests for the design team
  • Follow up on tasks to ensure timely delivery of creative materials
  • Maintain and back up all design files and creative assets
  • Support the design team with basic tasks using software like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
  • Occasionally post content on social media platforms (e.g., uploading stories or scheduled posts)
  • Facilitate clear communication between creative and business teams

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Media, or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content management
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Based in Kuwait with valid transferable residency preferred
  • Entry-level or up to 2 years of relevant experience
