  • Supervise, collect, and evaluate all essential ingredients for food preparations for successful kitchen operations.
  • Prevent any damage to kitchen equipment so that the quality is maintained in cuisine preparations.
  • Assist the managers and colleagues in utilizing kitchen equipment to perform multiple kitchen tasks efficiently.

Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or relevant position in Italian cuisine.
  • Strong knowledge of Italian culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavors.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation.
  • Valid food handling certificate.

Desired Experience:

  • 5-10 years of experience working in Italian restaurants or similar establishments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team and deliver exceptional dishes consistently.
  • Experience in menu development and costing.
