Description

The Food Runner is a crucial member of our restaurant team, responsible for delivering food and drinks to customers in a timely manner while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will work closely with kitchen staff and servers to maintain efficient service flow, contributing to an exceptional dining experience for all guests.

Responsibilities

  1. Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the dining area promptly and accurately.
  2. Ensure that orders are complete and presentable before serving.
  3. Assist in setting and clearing tables as needed.
  4. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate service.
  5. Check on guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals and address any concerns.
  6. Perform opening and closing duties as required, including restocking supplies.
  7. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service areas.
  8. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Requirements

  1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory.
  2. Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment as a Food Runner or similar role.
