B. Online is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Manager. This position will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective flow of goods and services that are essential to our continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring quality and timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Implement and utilize data analytics to monitor supply chain performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization.
  • Forecast demand and develop inventory strategies to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing costs.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, network operations, sales, and finance, to ensure seamless alignment and execution.
  • Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in supply chain management and the industry.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Over 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, preferably within the telecommunications, technology, or related industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful supply chain strategies.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, inventory management techniques, and logistics operations.
  • Strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the Kuwaiti supply chain landscape.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
