The St. Regis Kuwait is seeking a Restaurant Kitchen Manager accountable for the quality, consistency and production of the hotel’s restaurant kitchen. You will lead staff, coordinate menus, purchasing and food preparation while managing the operating budget.
You will ensure sanitation and food standards are achieved, train the team, and develop daily and seasonal menu items. The role requires hands-on cooking and strong leadership to elevate guest satisfaction and maintain fiscal performance.
