About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional personal shopping assistant to initiate and drive a specialist and personalised selection for exclusive customers and contribute to maximise customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

What You'll Be DoingFunctional Roles & Responsibilities

1. Identify the needs of the customer and recommend a range of products to choose from in order to arrive at an appropriate buying decision.
2. Analyse consumer behavior and provide superior standards of customer service with an individual using a distinct personalised approach.
3. Maintain relationships with key customers by informing them of new arrivals, inviting them exclusively for previews, promotions and activities conducted in stores.
4. Provide feedback to buyers on customer preferences.
5. Maintain confidentiality of customers' personal information and assure the information will be solely utilised for the store.
6. Ensure the customer database is maintained and updated with all the information pertaining to the exclusive customers.
7. Develop, grow and establish relationships with customers resulting in the growth of the Personal Shopping customer database.
8. Keep abreast of the market trends and competitor activities at all times.

About YouEducation/Certification and Continued Education

1. High School or "O" Levels.

Years of Experience

1. 5-6 years retail sales or customer service experience with luxury brands.

Knowledge & Skills

1. Must be client focused and take initiative to resolve problems.
2. Take initiative to seek out responsibilities and follow through on all projects and tasks.
3. Must have product & brand knowledge.
4. Has excellent grooming & styling skills.
5. Must possess strong organizational skills.
6. Must demonstrate attention to detail.
7. Has the ability to continue client relationships.
