The package:

1. Tax free basic salary 800 KWD (around $2600)
2. 20% commission on personal training

Requirements:

1. Reformer Pilates certification
2. Minimum 2 years experience
3. English speaking
4. Calm and bubbly personality
5. Works well in a team
6. Open to different styles/methods

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Promote the benefits of Pilates and overall general health benefits of exercise
2. Teach Pilates classes (reformer & mat) for a range of clients, ranging from 50 to 60 minutes
3. Minimum 2 to 3 classes a day – and the rest would be for private sessions
4. Teach 1-2-1 Pilates or small groups, focusing more on individual attention and designing Pilates programmes based on posture types and ability
5. Visually assess members to determine their level of practice
6. Teach classes of mixed ability, catering for varying needs within a class offering adaptations and progressions
