Manager - OTA

Jazeera Airways is seeking a Manager - OTA responsible for achieving revenue targets through:

1. Distribution - Indirect Online channels (B2B & B2C), including GDSs, Aggregators, Meta Search platforms, OTAs, focusing on promotion, sales, and revenue.
2. Ancillary Third Party and Distributed Ancillary services on these channels.

• Identify new online sellers across various geographies and support establishing commercial contracts.
• Collaborate with POS leaders to manage online sellers.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies for indirect online channels using business intelligence and route heatmaps.
• Monitor and address Look to Book (L2B) waste and fare under-cutting by OTAs.
• Manage rate and inventory on OTA platforms to ensure competitiveness and optimal room inventory allocation.
• Utilize promotional campaigns to increase bookings and revenue.
• Conduct audits of OTA presence and performance, providing insights for improvements.
• Manage PSS configurations related to indirect online channels.
• Maintain full knowledge of Navitaire distribution APIs, including XML/JSON request and response logs, to handle integration queries and project deliveries.
• Manage seller lifecycles, including contracts, documentation, registrations, integrations, testing, Go-Live, and training.
• Drive Meta Search platform contributions, managing settlements and commercials.
• Oversee costs and commercials for OTAs and aggregators, including commissions, deals, and campaigns.
• Coordinate after-sales support with the Sales Support Team.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a similar role within aviation.
• Complete knowledge of Navitaire and distribution APIs (XML/JSON request/response logs).
• Team management and relationship-building skills.
• Attention to detail; strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent MS Excel skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
