Experience Requirements:

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Work Experience:

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of handling complex projects.
• Experience working in agile development environments is preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in web development frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue.js) and backend frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Django, or Node.js).
• In-depth knowledge of database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems like Git.
• Strong skills in designing scalable and efficient system architectures.
• Experience in microservices and distributed systems is an advantage.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

• Excellent analytical skills to debug and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ability to optimize code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Leadership and Collaboration:

• Ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior developers.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers and QA engineers.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Knowledge of Industry Standards:

• Familiarity with secure coding practices and industry standards for software quality.
• Experience in compliance with regional or international software regulations is a plus.
