Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Campaign Management:

  1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer footfall.
  2. Organize and manage a weekly marketing campaign every Thursday at the caf, featuring promotions, special events, influencer collaborations, or themed experiences.
  3. Create innovative marketing content, including social media posts, email newsletters, and in-store promotions.
  4. Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop engaging visuals and promotional materials.
  5. Analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data insights.

Public Relations & Brand Management:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international media, bloggers, and influencers.
  2. Write and distribute press releases, newsletters, and media kits to enhance brand visibility.
  3. Develop partnerships and sponsorships with local businesses and community organizations.
  4. Monitor and manage the caf's online reputation, responding to customer feedback and reviews.
  5. Represent Earth Roastery Caf at industry events, food festivals, and networking opportunities.

Social Media & Digital Marketing:

  1. Manage and grow the caf's social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X etc.) through engaging content and interactive campaigns.
  2. Run paid social media advertisements and promotions to drive customer engagement and sales.
  3. Implement SEO and digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility.
  4. Keep up with industry trends and competitors to identify new marketing opportunities.

Event Planning & Customer Engagement:

  1. Plan and coordinate in-house events, product launches, and promotional activities.
  2. Develop loyalty programs and customer retention strategies.
  3. Engage with customers through surveys and feedback initiatives to improve services.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in marketing, public relations, or social media management (preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry).
  3. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing, and content creation.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Creativity and ability to think outside the box for innovative marketing ideas.
  6. Strong organizational and project management skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
