Job Description
  1. B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 5 to 10 years of experience in electrical works related to refinery, petrochemical, or oil & gas projects.
  2. Preparing electrical job plans and schedules.
  3. Verifying, understanding, and interpreting drawings.
  4. Supervising and coordinating the electrical team.
  5. Inspecting and testing electrical installations and components, troubleshooting, and resolving electrical issues and faults.
  6. Working with high, medium, and low voltage distribution systems such as transformers, switchgears, and MCC panels.
  7. Performing testing procedures like Hi-Pot testing of cables.
  8. Demonstrating teamwork and leadership skills.
  9. Proven experience as a site supervisor in the construction industry.
  10. Strong leadership and management skills to lead teams and ensure timely, within-budget project delivery.
  11. Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, architects, and stakeholders.
  12. Willingness to work in challenging conditions and on extended feet as required.
