Job Description

NBTC is seeking a skilled and experienced Turnaround Planning Engineer to support our upcoming EQUATE Turnaround Projects in Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning and scheduling major shutdown and turnaround activities within the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical sectors.

  1. Develop detailed turnaround schedules using Primavera P6.
  2. Prepare work breakdown structures and resource-loaded schedules.
  3. Coordinate with various departments to gather inputs and validate turnaround timelines.
  4. Monitor project progress and ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
  5. Prepare reports and updates for internal and client stakeholders.
  6. Support cost estimation and manpower planning for shutdown activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
  2. Minimum 7-10 years of experience in planning turnaround/shutdowns in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical projects.
  3. Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
  4. Previous experience with major GCC shutdowns (KOC, KNPC, EQUATE, etc.) preferred.
  5. Strong communication and coordination skills.
